Few modalities.: First get evalauted throughly by your doctor who may even refer you to a surgeon/radiologist for fine needle apiration biopsy /us guided biopsy to r/o out cancer ;once ruled out managment is on whether you have goitre or not. Medications to suppress thryoid hormone level vs, ablative therapy with 1. Radiactive iodine or 2. Surgical ablation is based on the type of enlargement , severity of symptoms.
