Improve Sleep: Limit caffeine after 12 pm, no large meals 2hr before bed, calming bedtime routine and watch for signs of sleep apnea.Brief exercise in morning can increase metabolism for 6-8 hr (and energy), healthy breakfast, healthy lunch not high in simple sugars with exercise/light dinner early in evening. If worse see md to r/o sleep disturbance, diabetes, adrenal fatigue, hypothyroid disease, etc.
