See below: Vaginal discharge is suggestive of a vaginitis with yeast infection being most common cause of a white discharge. There are other causes of vaginitis and if you are sexually active, a sexually transmitted disease (STD) is another possibility. Recommend seeing a physician/healthcare provider for a proper physical exam, culture of the discharge, possible STD screening, and imitation of antibiotics.
