Need an eye exam: It is really not safe to ask for a diagnosis without having a proper exam. Your symptoms could be anything from allergy to thyroid related eye disease. Without a proper evaluation, you are not helping yourself. I hope you find the right physician to explain your symptoms.

Dry eye: Your description sounds like dry eye. Initial treatment is frequent artificial tears during the day, ointment at night, warm compresses a few times a day, and omega-3 fatty acid supplements. If no improvement, you should see an eye doctor for further evaluation.
