I have redness on upper cheekbone, under the eye area but no sinus issues. i can't tell if it is allery, or sinus related, or a dermatology related issue. it's on both sides of my face?

What you have is called malar rash. If rash is not itching, allergy is less likely. Sinusitis does not often present with rash on cheekbone unless the condition is very severe and symptoms are definitely present. This forum does not allow image posting so it's difficult to make the diagnosis. If rash persists, you should see a dermatologist (skin doctor) for the correct diagnosis. Take care!
