Need further eval: Symptoms & young age make me concerned for something like pheochromocytoma which can be very difficult to diagnose.

See a specialist: if you have had hypertension since 14, you may have secondary hypertension, the following conditions need to be considered and ruled in or ruled out. pheochromocytoma, thyroid issues,hyperparathyroidism,aldosteronism, cushing syndrome,renovascular disease,polycystic kidney disease, coarctation of the aorta,certain meds such as birth control. the fast heart beat could be unrelated or related.
