It may: Buprenorphine is a very long-acting drug with equally long-acting metabolites. However, it depends on exactly WHAT they are testing for. Most screening tests look for standard opiates and buprenorphine does not show up on those tests. If they are doing more sophisticated testing, it may well show up - there are significant individual variations on how long any drug may be found.
