I had 5 semen test and have been told that i have 99 % of abnormal sperm, i was told that all my sperms are missing acrosome, how can i get them back?

Cant: So basically you have 1% normal morphology with few acrosomes. That is not going to change. It means that almost for sure you will need ivf with icsi to become pregnant, and that may not be as easy as it normally is to find good sperm. I would recommend consulting with a fertility specialist and getting started since this may be a bit of an uphill battle.
