Sure: Sometimes, the "cobblestoning" you described is caused by a combination of post-nasal drip and direct effect of the allergen on the mucosa of the back of your throat. Stay patient. It may take a bit longer to resolve. Fyi - the medicines you are taking are spot-on treatment.
