It depends: Not quite sure what you are getting at. If you want to talk to the celebrity about what the doctor did, that is possible, but only if the celebrity will talk to you. Doctors can't talk about their patients, unless given permission. Usually celebrities don't want people to know they had work done. Sometimes it is obvious, or is in the public domain.

Privacy issues: There are many issues related to legal matters surrounding privacy that may hinder or restrict a physician or patient from fully disclosing the details of the procedure. In some instances, patients are willing to share but not always and you cannot force an individual to discuss a particular surgical individual's experience.
