See below: Don't worry! the labs you quote merely indicate that you were exposed to those infections in the past. Thallassemia, in most cases is a benign congenital alteration of the hemoglobin molecule that is clinically irrelevant.

Not much: You have a genetic affliction, the thalassemia is in your genes & will be there forever. The positive igg for rubella and CMV are not diseases, they are indications that you developed antibodies to these germs by having the vaccine or a case in the past.You should not get either again.
