I have thalassemia, rubella igg + and cmv +..what can i possibly do to get cure of this?

Not much: You have a genetic affliction, the thalassemia is in your genes & will be there forever. The positive igg for rubella and CMV are not diseases, they are indications that you developed antibodies to these germs by having the vaccine or a case in the past.You should not get either again.
