Prior infection: With both IgG antibodies to rubella and CMV, there is support that you have either been immunized against rubella (our goal) or previously infected by the viruses. Unfortunately, blood tests don't tell when you were infected, unless you had before and after blood tests. Once immune, there is low risk to further pregnancies and is an unlikely cause of spontaeous abortions.
