My both arms are stiff and can't pick up even a kg weight.is it vitamin defficiency?there is no history of fall or any other srain.plz advise.thanx.

Arthritis?: If by stiffness you mean your joints aren't working properly, this is not a vitamin deficiency. "osateoarthritis" is not very uncommon in certain age groups. If this stiffness occurs early in the morning and seems to improve as the morning goes on, then i would speak with my physician about either mneds or exercises to improve this stiffness.
