Eczema?: This is unlikely related to a vitamin deficiency, and the location of the rash is in areas commonly affect by eczema. Do you itch? Dry skin? You should probably see your doctor, but if eczema is present it should respond to mild, over the counter topical 1% hydrocortisone.
