Good Question: Although I am not aware of a specific study on cannabis oil and wbc, there was a study showing that hemp seed which contains thc as its active component has long term toxicological implication such as bone marrow suppression with respect to the concentration given on the erythrocytes of mammals. It is recommended that individuals who have anemia or immunosuppression not use thc on a regular basis.
