I don't discharge often but lately when i hit 35 weeks i discharge at least once a week. does my discharge indicate that i'm dilating because i am 37 weeks now and 2 1/2 cm dilated?

Dilation v infection: Some vaginal discharge is normal in pregnancy due to hormonal changes. As you get closer to delivery a mucous discharge comes too called your mucous plus. Infections such as yeast, bacterial vaginosis and stds are also possibilities. Next step is an exam with your doctor.

Not necessarily: Discharge is common at this stage of pregnancy and doesn't mean anything is wrong.
