Need more info: What are your symptoms, your medical history, and daily habits (e.g. Smoking)? It could be any number of things including pneumonia, a broken rib, a partially collapsed lung, lymph nodes, copd, another type of infection, something seen about the heart or liver or stomach, or cancer.
