Let's get a MRI stat: Presuming that you have already been cleared by a Urologist &/or Gynecologist on the incontinence cause,a MRI of the spine is in order.if you need a second opinion and/or already have the MRI, a spine specialist is appropriate as incontinence and lumbar disc disease are a big concern when seen together.A specialist can order all additional tests which could incl urodynamics & potential treatments.
