No easy answer: If options and support have been offered and they refuse not a lot can be done. They have to want to change, however you can stop supporting them if they do not desire change, you can give an ultimatum only if you are willing to follow through. Best suggestion, seek your own support, try al-anon for you. Seek counseling for you. If they don't change, you still can.
