Wondering if it's okay for an 82 year-old to undergo eyelaser treatment?

Dr. Alvin Lin answered

Ask Ophthalmologist: Your question is best addressed by Ophthalmologist. In general, eye surgeries are low risk procedures, at least from heart perspective. And vision is such an important aspect of living that I would be hard pressed to tell someone no. But bottom line, ask Ophthalmologist. Get 2nd opinion (another Ophthalmologist) if it'll make you feel better.
