A member asked:

What weight should i be calculator if breastfeeding?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Use BMI calculator: Google up the bmi calculator, or "body mass indicator." this is based on your height and weight only. I always found that nursing mothers lost about five pounds when they stopped nursing. So using the bmi calculator should still be reasonable. You have to remember that you require more fluids and calorie intake to make milk for a hungry baby. Lgromkomd.
