Tolerance: Everyone is different and so is everyone's ability to accept pain. One person may be able to take lots of pain but not say a thing, conversely, another may say it's killing them. Lidocaine is usually used to remove teeth for local anesthesia.

Not usually: What you feel depends on how you have it done and how difficult the extraction is. With local anesthesia you should not feel pain per se but you will feel pressure. If you have IV sedation you won't feel anything.
