Needs dental help: Infections usually need help from a dentist to help remove the source of the infection which can be in the gums or decay leading to a root canal issue.

Go to Dentist: If your tooth is infected, then you risk have severe pain and infection traveling to other parts of the body. There is no real home treatment for tooth infections and usually you will need to visit the dentist for evaluation and treatment.

Phone call..: ... To a dentist. You cannot treat this by yourself. Antibiotics alone will not fix your tooth. It's not like having a sore throat.. The affected tooth needs to be physically restored or extracted. No other way.
