Food: I would recommend a well balanced breakfast 30- 60 minutes before a 2 hour workout. 2 hours is a long workout and you want to make sure your body has enough fuel to sustain you. The meal should be high in protein, good fats, and quality carbohydrates which are very important for energy. Don't worry about the calories as much as the quality of the meal.
