I shower in the morning with a hair wash after my workout and then have another shower in the evening at the end of the day. if i were to sweat again after this shower would my previous two showers stop me from smelling til my next shower?

It won't make much difference. Body odor results from bacterial growth on the skin, which is increased with moisture -- not sweat itself. It probably takes 12 hours for bacteria to grow to a point they cause odor. Showering more than twice a day will not reduce noticeable body odor, regardless of sweating between showers. Just once daily should be enough if also using an antiperspirant.
