It won't make much difference. Body odor results from bacterial growth on the skin, which is increased with moisture -- not sweat itself. It probably takes 12 hours for bacteria to grow to a point they cause odor. Showering more than twice a day will not reduce noticeable body odor, regardless of sweating between showers. Just once daily should be enough if also using an antiperspirant.
