Throughout the day: There is not one time of day that is best to drink water; it should be your primary fluid intake and throughout the day. I start each day with two glasses then drink a glass hoursly until my urine is clear as water. Then continue as often as necessary to maintain clear urine. This is best for most people; but would not be good for people with heart disease or other be sure to check with your md.
