Try a little flavor: Some folks do better if they add a little flavor to the water. Like 1 part juice to 4-5 parts water (whatever juice you like) may help. Also small frequent sips every few minutes instead of too much at once may also help. Best of luck. Dr R

Pregnant?: Are you pregnant? It can change your tastes. If you are not pregnant but drink a lot of flavored beverages like milk, tea, coffee, sodas, etc, water will taste bad and can actually make you feel nauseated. It is sometimes necessary to eliminate some of the flavored beverages before you will tolerate drinking water. Best wishes!
