Helps -but not enuf: Any physical activity will help your health; however, 15 minutes of tae bo alone is unlikely to result in significant weight loss. Weight loss is typically achieved by decreasing calorie intake. Health is promoted by increasing physical activity. A combination of both is the best long term plan. 15 minutes is a good starting place but overall 30 minutes recommended for adult physical activity.
