Does anyone know if an unexplained positive ana could be connected to unexplained infertility?

Nonspecific: A positive ANA is a nonspecific finding but does point to having a higher risk to develop an autoimmune disorder. Certain autoimmune disorders may be associated with infertility but a positive ANA per se is not linked to it.
