Could you have a positive rheumatoid factor and a high ana but not have any illness?

Why have tests?: It is possible to have these lab findings and not have a disease, however, why did you have the tests done? If you have some symptoms that prompted the tests then you need be evaluated for possible auto-immune disorder.
