Hard to say: I assume you had a foam sclerotherapy injection. Generally in klippel trenauny syndrome, treatments of the superficial veins are limited to those that are really causing problems, as the deep venous system may be underdeveloped and superficial varicosities develop in response to this. The sclerotherapy may not be as effective as for bland varicose veins, but you shouldn't have much pain.

Need clarification: As stated before kts can be quite challenging to manage. Please clarify exactly what treatments you have received to date and would better enable answer. If you are concerned about "knots" on your legs following foam scleotherapy these will resolve but may take months and may be improved with draining "trapped" blood.
