Could crowded teeth make you feel pressure in your face?

Possible: Crowded teeth can make you feel pressure at times but usually quick and not anything pathological. When you visit the orthodontist, let them know about your symptoms.

It is possible: The way your upper and lower teeth match is important on how your TMJ works. If there is a poor fitting or lack of fitting they will affect the way the muscle in your face work. This lack of balance would produce over active muscles , producing pressure.I would recommend you to have a dental evaluation.

Yes: Any malrelationship of teeth and/or jaws can trigger signals from your body that something's wrong. Why not go see an orthodontist for initial examination (probably complimentary) and rx suggestions (if warranted).
