Kids!: You should exercise during pregnacy, and after, even if your time is limited. But if you have been missing out, there are many sporting activities to engage in, but it should be starting out gradually, and most important, something you should enjoy. Try and find a cardio and resistant blend of activities. Try to exercise more in the moring or afternoon. Avoid exercising in the evening!
