You decide: There is not a single best one. It is whatever you can do and you enjoy doing. But try to get at least 30 min of aerobic activity in each day. Does not matter if it is fast walking, running, cycling, or swimming.

Consistent one: Good for you for wanting to exercise and take charge of fibromyalgia. I recommend low impact aerobic exercise daily, with light or body weight calisthenics or weight lifting 2-3 days a week. If you are new to exercise, it's worth it to get cleared by your doc, and consider an athletic trainer for motivation, training variety and safety. Good luck!

Gentle: ? best exercising for fibromyalgia (FM). Guidance for any exercise program regards FM causality, which is widely ranging muscle spasm and weakness. For most FM sufferers weight of their body parts creates biomechanical stressors too painful for traditional physical therapy and aerobic training. Buoyancy of water (aquatherapy), walks, tai chi, & gentle yoga are recommended.

Fibromyalgia life: For fibromyalgia, a good lifestyle plan should include clean and healthy nutrition, regular cardiovascular exercise (even if it’s simply a brisk daily walk), lighter weight training and adequate sleep (7-9 hours nightly of uninterrupted sleep).
