Many pathways: To be honest, strength and power can be achieved through many different exercise routines. Classically, people will focus on high intensity(as in high weight), low volume(decreased repetitions). In the end, you have to listen to your body. And if you are early on in your training, your body will likely respond to any form of consistent training.
