Getting into Shape: Great goal! Please make sure all is well medically so that you can exercise w/out danger. Then consider seeing a trainer at a gym for an exercise routine. Alternately, simply do about 20 minutes power walking daily, or at least on alternate days. Reflect on your diet--level of carbs and junk food? Getting enough sleep? Peace and good health.
