It is possible: In any woman who is pre-menopausal, who is still cycling (which implies in most cases that they are still ovulating) then there is a "risk" for pregnancy. In a woman at 41 years of age, they should not assume that they cannot get pregnant. We have all taken care of the mid-to-late forty something with the unexpected pregnancy! i hope this helps!
