See your Gyn...: Bleeding in menopause is frequently from fluctuations in hormones. If you are on hormone replacement, missing pills can cause it. However, you can't assume this is the case. If you are experiencing post-menopausal bleeding, you need to be evaluated by an Ob/Gyn. One of the causes of this is uterine cancer and you need to make sure you don't have that. Best wishes!
