Quite a few..: Depends if the onset is slow or rapid. Here is a partial list: glaucoma, anterior ischemic optic neuropathy, giant cell arteritis, optic neuritis, macular degeneration, retinal detachment, amaurosis fugax, papilledema, etc. This is a serious symptom which should be address by your ophthalmologist quickly.
