MS: Symptoms of ms can be mimicked by other neurological conditions. But a supporting clinical history with supporting MRI findings can clinch the diagnosis. Some of the MRI appearances are more suggestive of ms than others. A neurologist will be the best judge to come to a conclusion.

Surely: This is NOT rocket science, but rather basic neurology, and the combination of history, examination, and blood studies, besides MRI, can confirm or disconfirm MS.
