Healthy: In adolescents gradual increases in resistance weight is encouraged. Do more reps than a lot of weight. If you're in puberty take it easy, limit straining and stay away from supplements. The dangers from weight training are accidents with equipment and use of inappropriate supplements. The training itself is beneficial.
