A member asked:

What type of doctor should i consult with about delayed puberty?

Start with your PCP: A pediatric endocrinologist would be where i send the kids I have concerns about. The waiting period is often a month or two so your pcp may be able to do some preliminary tests to speed the process.

Primary care +: Primary care doctors are always a good start. Further evaluation would be managed through a pediatric endocrinologist.
