Is it okay to have permanent visible blood vessels in the sclera of the eye?

Yes: As long as the blood vessel is not associated with a growth on the eye.

Eye vessels: Most people think that the sclera is exposed on an eye. Actually it is covered with a transparent membrane, the conjunctiva, which is well supplied with blood vessels. This is what people think are vessels on the eye. The pattern varies with each person and only needs attention when the vessels on one eye are dramatically at variance from the other eye.
