I woke up yesterday morning with a popped blood vessel in my eye it hasnt spread its not itchy no discharge just wondered if theres something i can put on it to get it back to normal i woke up with a busted blood vessel in my eye ?

No treatment: There is no treatment for a subconjunctival hemorrhage. These tiny capillary leaks do not cause visual symptoms and take a week or so to clear. If they occur repeatedly or if you have frequent unexplained skin bruising, you should consult a physician for blood testing. Taking aspirin or medications like ibuprofen,naproxen or corticosteroids can lead to easy bruisability as can vitamin C deficiency
