No treatment: There is no treatment for a subconjunctival hemorrhage. These tiny capillary leaks do not cause visual symptoms and take a week or so to clear. If they occur repeatedly or if you have frequent unexplained skin bruising, you should consult a physician for blood testing. Taking aspirin or medications like ibuprofen,naproxen or corticosteroids can lead to easy bruisability as can vitamin C deficiency
