If i have amblyopia, will it be possible to get perfect vision back?

Probably not: If you are a child outside of the optimal treatment age of less than 7 years or so then you will unlikely have perfect vision. With treatment of children, 20/20 vision is possible but usually stereovision is affected. In older patients, treatment may still be effective although the outcomes are as dramatic.

Probably not: However if you discover it very early (earlier the better) and correct the images so that the brain "sees" clear images in both eyes equally, then there is a chance for normal visual pathway development.
