No: You really can't induce a seizure by worrying or thinking about them. You have to have the predisposition to get seizure, which are caused by electrical abnormalities of the brain. We don't know what triggers most seizures in someone with a seizure disorder. But there are drugs that can increase the risk. And not taking medication as directed, for the seizures can cause breaththrough seizure.

Comments: If you do not have epilepsy, worrying or focusing on a seizure will not cause a true seizure, but non-epileptic seizure is still possible. A seizure typically is triggered by an abnormal area of brain tissue secondary to many causes.
