what could a skull fracture do to a young person?

1 doctor answer
Dr. Michael McGonigal
39 years experience General Surgery
Look for brain injur: It takes a hard hit to cause a skull fracture, so they may indicate a concussion occurred. The bones usually heal up fine in 6-8 weeks. But be on the look out for concussion symptoms that last more than a few days (dizziness, headache, memory problems, etc).
