How long will i continue to have headaches after i suffered a fractured skull?

Six months: After an injury like that it is not uncommon for the headaches to go on for several months. Usually by six months most posttraumatic headaches have resolved but they can last even up to one year although that is less likely. Hang in there. They will eventually get better in most cases.
