Maybe: It's the pricey salicylic acid with the orange peel etc. Added for glamor, correct? Try it out and if it doesn't work (benzoyl peroxide's the best over-the-counter stuff), your physician can add something that will help more; topical clindamycin's often a good addition. Good luck.
