No quick fix: If it's a week before the prom, phone your physician. Chances are you'll get topical Clindamycin or systemic tetracycline plus 5% topical benzoyl peroxide 2x/day. Acne is manageable until it self-cures. Please think about long-term care for yourself, and ignore people who "don't think acne should be treated.".
